Elite Plan
- 48 hour response inc. weekends
- 20% repair discount
- 2 year repair warranty on replaced parts
- $25 service call charge (usually $90)

- Costs just $24 a month
Our 30 point P.M plan includes
- Check batteries, calibration and operation of thermostat
- Replace Fiberglass filters (owner supplied) or clean permanent filters
- Check system for proper airflow.
- Measure supply and return air temperatures
- Inspect condensate lines for proper installation.
- Flush and treat condensate drain lines.
- Inspect indoor coil
- Oiling & greasing of all bearings, motors, fans and pumps as able.
- Test all capacitors.
- Inspect all electrical components and tighten if necessary.
- Check safety devices.
- Inspect burner assembly.
- Check carbon monoxide sensor.
- Inspect heat exchanger.
- Check gas pressure
- Check for gas leaks
- Inspect flame sensor
- Check exhaust system for proper operation
- Check Disconnect electrical connections and proper fuse size
- Inspect contactors and ensure proper connection
- Check for refrigerant (freon) leaks on equipment and piping.
- Adjust refrigerant as necessary
- Check compressor amp draws
- Test fan motor amp draws
- Inspect fan blade
- Brush Clean outdoor coil
- Ensure proper tension and adjust all v-belts
- Inspect drain pan
- Clean minor services deemed necessary to properly maintain system
- Communicate any repairs necessary to customer for approval
